From the beginning we had a very nice welcome and we checked in very promptly. We were asssisted at the reception by Adam who is very professional and dedicated . You can feel that he is doing his very best off to assist you in any concern in a very proactive way., he is attentive to the guest needs and try to anticipate to deliver the best customer service Manager in charge that day was very helpfull and reactive to the concerned raised to him and he tried the recover them the best he could and it was very much appreciated

It was an amazing experience there for my proposal engagement which was all set up by the team at Palazza Versace. Just to mention a few but a special thanks to Mohamed Nabil (operations manager), Mahmoud and Abi (at the front desk) several other personnel as well .. for helping me set up everything at the last minute before we arrived on a plane from Thailand. My fiancé was overwhelmed with excitement and surprised from all this .. thank you for the beautiful room set up with flowers and cake. However what was most important was the availability of the piano downstairs near the conference room as I planned to sing and play piano for my marriage proposal there. thank you to Abi for making sure time was allotted for me sing from 6-7p.. thank you for making this happen..from the bottom of our hearts .. staff made it really special for us.. sincerely yours, ~ Mark Anasco & Quennie Nicolasura Anasco

The hotel exceeded all expectations and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Facilities were great with 4 restaurants, three pools, a gym and a spa. Everything was of the highest quality and spotless!

I liked the types of restaurants and shops inside the hotel, I also love it when I saw a chocolate in my room and felt very good to get my room upgraded. I love how the room was cleaned and the room service quick answer and action. I loved how everything is well branded.

A great location, close to the centre unlike the hotels on the palm, which gives you many options for eating out. Superb facilities, loved the 3 swimming pools dedicated to different needs and ages. Vanitas restaurant was top, Enigma was tad too exotic for our tastes. Absolutely recommend the executive lounge, fantastic high tea with much nicer coffee than the one served at breakfast. Also, I must mention that the staff at the executive lounge was extremely polite and very welcoming, they always made us feel very welcome and nothing was trouble for them. Francis and his colleagues were all fantastic. As a matter of fact, we can’t say anything negative about the staff at the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. We stayed in the suite and it was very spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family. We will certainly be back!

The layout of the hotel offered plenty areas to sit and relax. The hotel and its rooms are large and finished to a very high standard in the Versace style, which I thought would be over the top, but it all felt so very good. Check in gelt very special and that feeling continues though to check out. You have a choice resort swimming pools each with its own unique ambiance, so pick one that suits the mood. The food and service is amazing. The hotel faces the Dubai Creek and the areas has a modern feel with lovely paved walkway. A shopping centre looks like it is soon to open. I stayed at three hotels in Dubai… and this one I would return to and I wished I stayed here instead of moving to a third after 3 days to be closer to The Center and beach.

Everything about this hotel was amazing and the decor is simply beautiful from the lobby through to every room and poolside. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and I don't think my stay would have been the same without them Madhu, Andriya, Zainabu, Kartik, Sana, Avery, Akram, Sandeep, Himanshu, Elizabeth, Kadry, Chef Prince - all of these and more I may have missed may my stay simply perfect and some of them I feel have become my friends because they made me feel so welcome and really looked after me. Thank you to this amazing team and professionalism this hotel has to offer. First class service and I am a huge fan of Versace and this hotel should be proud to carry the name so well.

I usually come to this hotel to enjoy the pool and the food served there. I really recommend this place for the summer. Make sure you sit on the chairs next to the bar, as the sun usually will go away from the other side of the pool
