The staff made this experience simply wonderful, as Katarina from the front desk welcomed me and was very thorough about the hotel history amenities and services, she was professional friendly and magnificent. The dining experience was majestic at the Vanitas restaurant the food recommendations were on point as it has fulfilled my food requirements you have to try the following: Burrata Di Bufala, Plin Di Faraona and for dessert D'amalfi if you enjoy a zesty and sweet dessert, during my dining experience I had a wonderful conversation with Chris a friendly and a resourceful staff member in the restaurant, simply amazing. Another ovation should be given to Manish at the reception area as she has authorized a late check-out due to a delay in my arrival.

I had such an amazing stay at Palazzo Versace with my sisters—it was the perfect little getaway for us. We were celebrating our pregnancies, and when I mentioned that to the staff, they surprised us with a complimentary cake, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. It really made us feel special. The room was beautiful and super comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. A big shoutout to ElSayed, who went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. The spa experience was absolutely epic. We felt so relaxed and pampered, and the team there was just amazing—professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed the lounge access for afternoon tea. It was such a nice space to unwind and spend quality time together.

It was an amazing experience there for my proposal engagement which was all set up by the team at Palazza Versace. Just to mention a few but a special thanks to Mohamed Nabil (operations manager), Mahmoud and Abi (at the front desk) several other personnel as well .. for helping me set up everything at the last minute before we arrived on a plane from Thailand. My fiancé was overwhelmed with excitement and surprised from all this .. thank you for the beautiful room set up with flowers and cake. The layout of the hotel offered plenty areas to sit and relax. The hotel and its rooms are large and finished to a very high standard in the Versace style, which I thought would be over the top, but it all felt so very good. Check in gelt very special and that feeling continues though to check out. You have a choice resort swimming pools each with its own unique ambiance, so pick one that suits the mood. The food and service is amazing. The hotel faces the Dubai Creek and the areas has a modern feel with lovely paved walkway. A shopping centre looks like it is soon to open. I stayed at three hotels in Dubai… and this one I would return to and I wished I stayed here instead of moving to a third after 3 days to be closer to The Center and beach.

Versace opulence meets Arabian hospitality. Indulge myself in another epitome of luxury living where every detail is a work of art, and the fashion meets art as well. Enjoyed a canvas of twinkling lights - night view of the skyline with a sneak peek of the creek from my room balcony. Enjoyed the most popular Levantine food - Manakish or Manoushe consisting of dough topped with zaatar, cheese, which has been around since the early times in Lebanon. Another classic found in the Middle Eastern bakery for a perfect breakfast is the Fluffy Cheese Stuffed Pita bread. Another Mediterranean favourite is the grilled pizza bread with melty mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes. The fine cold cuts graced with pickles truly deserve the best-spoken breakfast experiences paired with an array of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and other accompaniment. The live cooking station featured the incredibly delicious shitake mushrooms, fluffy egg muffins, best hash browns and the juicy chicken sausages. I finished my meal with the lavish desert from the crepe stations served with decadent gooey chocolate, premium blue berries and icing sugar. Had an incredibly exciting dining experience at their restaurant Enigma which serves sumptuous Persian cuisines.
